In the Housing and Homelessness Strategy, we want to see an approach that is proactive rather than reactive – supporting the conditions of life that mitigate homelessness, isolation and crisis point before they occur.

Thank you for providing the Australian Institute of Urban Studies - South Australia (AIUS SA) the opportunity to comment on the People and Neighbourhoods Policy Discussion Paper (Paper) and Planning and Design Code (Phase 3).

The AIUS SA supports exploration of the benefits of ‘industry collaboration infrastructure’ (i.e. the
tangible or intangible spaces that prompt collaboration and innovation).

In this submission on the revised Arts Plan we focus our comments on the how the State government might function to support the Arts and Cultural and Creative Industries (ACCIs).
