The Minister for Planning, the Hon. Nick Champion MP, has appointed an Expert Panel to lead the Planning System Implementation Review.
The Review covers:
The Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016
the Planning and Design Code and related instruments, as it relates to infill policy, trees, character, heritage and car parking
the ePlanning system, to ensure it is delivering an efficient and user-friendly process and platform
the PlanSA website, to check usability and ease of community access to information.
The Planning Review has prepared three Discussion papers that are aligned to the topics the Panel has been tasked with reviewing.
Discussion Paper – Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 Reform Options (PDF, 934 KB)
Discussion Paper – Planning and Design Code Reform Options (PDF, 1913 KB)
Discussion Paper – Proposed Reform to the e-Planning System and the PlanSA Website (PDF, 1022 KB).
